For people experiencing homelessness, winter can be a brutal challenge. That is why Temple Judea’s Social Action Committee is participating in a sock and glove drive for adults sponsored by the Coalition to Shelter and Support the Homeless (CSSH).

Socks and gloves must be new, warm, and of good quality, in sizes large and extra-large. Please place donated items in the drop box outside the synagogue from November 1 through November 24.

Coalition to Shelter and Support the Homeless is an alliance of individuals and organizations assisting unsheltered adults in Central Bucks County. During the winter’s Code Blue season, the organization welcomes guests, offers them a warm, family-style meal and a chance to socialize and enjoy a good night’s sleep. Please join us in supporting this good cause.
