Led by Rabbi Sigal and Joan Rosetsky.

Parents and adults, you are invited to participate in our meditation and gentle yoga class twice a month. Gentle movements, breath awareness and meditation will help you de-stress and start the day feeling more relaxed. Don’t miss the opportunity to be together in this special way.

No experience or knowledge are necessary. No yoga mats are needed. We will engage in seated and standing postures.
